Wie bekomme ich das wieder raus?

Ich habe das eingefügt:

INSERT INTO template (templateid,templatesetid,title,template) VALUES (NULL,-2,'memberoftheday','0||vb||0||vb||0');

Doch jetzt hätte ich es gerne wieder raus. Aber wie?
