Verwarnsystem funktioniert nicht mehr

Hallo Leute,

irgendwas ist mit meinem Verwarnsystem passiert:
Wenn ich es bei einem User nutzen will, dann lande ich auf folgender Seite:

Kann das mit meinem Safe Mode zusammenhängen?
