WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Preheater is used to preheat the PCB from the bottom side at around 100 degree Celsius at the start of the reworking
process, this is a must on lead free PCB's.
Upper Heater is used to reflow from above the BGA IC at around 225 degree Celsius (lead free) and 180 degree Celsius (non-
lead free pcb) during the reworking procedure.
Stand is used to hold the upper heater for steady and safe reworking.
Thermometer is used to measure the temperature of the PCB and its reworked area during the reworking process, to monitor
its temperature.
